Peer Review Process

There are at least two reviewers for each manuscript on the related topic in the reviewing process. Generally, the candidate of reviewers will be chosen based on their reputation in the international publication number and quality. Next step, the Editor send the invitation letter to each candidate for review. After the candidate reviewer is informed of their availability for reviewing process, the Editor creates an account for each reviewer and then sends the manuscript by OJS. Three weeks will be needed for the reviewer to complete one round of reviewing process. From the first submission to the final decision takes about four to five weeks.

All reviewing processes are considered to be confidential in double-blind peer review and managed by an editor in the OJS. If reviewers consider an unsuitable manuscript for publication in this journal, a statement explaining the basis for the decision will be sent to the authors after the submission date. To ensure anonymity, any identifying information of the author(s) such as name, contact details and acknowledgements should be excluded from the main text. The final decision is made by the editorial board based on the review results.
